Class of 2008 Senior Awards Application Form
Each year, the L.C. Smith
College of Engineering and Computer Science awards a series
of prizes to honor outstanding achievements by individual members
of the graduating class. These prizes recognize distinguished
accomplishments in such areas as scholastic achievement, undergraduate
research, and service.
To be considered for these awards, seniors are required to complete
the following application form and physically submit it no
later than Friday, March 28, 2008 to Kathleen Joyce (x2219)
in the L.C. Smith SOAR Office (Rm 123 Link Hall)
To complete the form on the web, fill in the information requested
